We’re all set. What started out as a private vacation, did have little to no research about the places we intent to visit. In the weeks before today we did do a lot of research, though. Just not about any sightseeing opportunities. By now we know where all the good shops are to get the parts we need for the Orange Bomb. We might be let down, as we have learned before. The internet is not all that it seems. Especially when searching for correct parts. Not all US web shops know the meaning of kindness and can be directly rude when you ask them a simple question.
We have been surprised during this weeks too. Mike of Competition Transmission from Clarita, CA went out of his way to help us out. He fixed us up with a S10 T5 transmission rebuild, we will use to replace the 3 speed we have now.
We will start our Trip in Seattle and work our way down the coastline to San Francisco. We will keep you updated with Orange Bomb news as we go along.
